Types of ball screws

Type selection of ball screw:

The nut of the ball screw can be divided into the elbow type, circulator type and end cap type according to the circulation mode of the steel ball. The advantages of these three circulation methods.

Elbow type

(SBN, BNF, BNT, BNFN, BIF and BTK models) These models can be found in the search.

Circulating guide vane type (HBN type)

These models are the most typical nuts, which allow steel balls to circulate through the use of elbows. The steel ball is picked from the groove of the screw shaft and enters the elbow, and then returns to the groove to make an endless loop movement.

Circulator

(DK, DKN, DIK, JPF and DIR type)

These types of nuts are the smallest type of nuts. The direction of travel of the steel ball is changed by the circulator, and the outer diameter of the screw shaft is returned to the original position to make an endless loop movement.

End cap

(SBK, SDA, SBKH, WHF, BLK, WGF, BLW, WTF, CNF and BLR types)

These models are the most suitable nuts for high-speed feed. The steel ball uses the end cap to be picked from the groove of the screw shaft to the through hole of the nut, and then returns to the groove through the through hole to make an endless loop movement.
